Flash floods: ఉత్తరాఖండ్లో ఆకస్మిక వరదలు తలెత్తాయి. భారీ మంచు చరియలు విరిగిపడటంతో నదీమట్టం భారీగా పెరిగింది. విద్యుత్ కేంద్రంలో నీరు చేరడంతో 150 మంది గల్లంతయ్యారు. ఈ ఘటనపై ప్రధాని మోదీ స్పందించారు.
