Health Minister Harish Rao has launched a three-course meal program at 18 government hospitals under HMC. He said about 20,000 people dine in 18 hospitals every day. Hare Rama said that Hare Krishna has entered into an agreement with the company. The state government is spending Rs 21 per plate. Night shelters will be available soon. Minister Harish Rao said that special focus is being laid on the health sector. 40-bed ICU beds have been opened in Osmania and another 30 will be available soon. Osmania Hospital will be developed in all respects and steps will be taken to ensure better treatment for the patients. He said the committee was set up to construct a new building in Osmania as per the directions of the Chief Minister and a new building would be constructed soon irrespective of the Heritage Building
