UGC guidelines on academic calendar for 2020-21 issued amid COVID-19 pandemic

Pokhriyal announced the UGC guidelines on the academic calendar for the first year of UG and PG students of the universities for the session 2020-21 in view of COVID-19 pandemic The admissions to the first-year programmes for the session 2020-21 will be completed by the end of October 2020 The last date for admissions to fill up the remaining vacant seats shall be November 30, 2020, said the ministry of education

Unlock 4.0: New calendar for UG, PG 1st year released

The Union Ministry of Education on Tuesday approved the revised UGC guidelines on academic calendar for first year undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students for the academic session 2020-21. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ took to Twitter to make the announcement in this regard. Union Education Ministry has advised all higher education institutions to hold classes six days a week to make up for lost learning hours.

Alternative academic calendar for primary stage released to help students

Students can download Kishore Manch App from play store and Youtube live (NCERT Official Channel). Daily - Monday to Saturday these sessions are being telecast for primary classes from 11 am to 1 pm and for upper primary classes from 2 pm to 4 pm.
