There is not much to say about Australia's batting performance. They struggled once again to handle the express pace and swing from the Pakistan bowlers and no one really stepped up in this game in the absence of the big players. Matthew Short looked good at the top but it was Sean Abbott who top-scored with a handy 30 off 41. Naseem Shah set the tone early by getting rid of Jake Fraser-McGurk in the fourth over. After that, they never really looked back and continued to pile the pressure on the Aussies. There is not much to say about Australia's batting performance. They struggled once again to handle the express pace and swing from the Pakistan bowlers and no one really stepped up in this game in the absence of the big players. Matthew Short looked good at the top but it was Sean Abbott who top-scored with a handy 30 off 41.
