UP RERA to use CPC norms to implement orders, confer power on officers

UP RERA took the decision at its 94th meeting under the chairmanship of Rajiv Kumar. UP RERA noted that the Section-40(1) of RERA Act and Rule-23 of U.P. RERA. The authority said that the amount recovery based on its orders is being collected via concerned District Magistrates.

UP RERA penalises 9 promoters of over Rs 1.40 crore for non-compliance

UP RERA had reviewed the status of compliance of its orders by the promoters. The promoters are also directed to deposit the penalty amount within 30 days. Otherwise, the amount of penalty shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue, the authority warned.
