Students to get Rs 11,000 from Centre to pay their fees, rumour or reality?
Social media has been full of misinformation and fake news ever since coronavirus COVID-19 hit India Notably, everything that is present on the Internet is not true and it is advisable to check the facts before believing in the news going viral on the social media. Now, a post has gone viral on social media in which it is claimed that the government has decided to provide Rs 11,000 to all students to help them pay their fees amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Taj Mahal reopens months after being shut, COVID-19 norms to be followed
The monument is opened following COVID-19 guidelines making it mandatory for visitors to wear a mask. The Taj Mahal authority has imprinted norms saying not more than five thousand visitors are allowed in a day and it has also prohibited taking group photographs. The Taj Mahal was closed on March 17 after the Centre's order to close all the heritage monuments protected under the Archeological Survey of India.

Schools for students of all classes to reopen simultaneously in this state
Tamil Nadu government has announced that all the classes would start functioning simultaneously across the state once the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak comes under control. Tamil Nadu Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan ruled out the idea of holding shift-based classes and phased-reopening of educational institutions and said that the government will wait for few more weeks before allowing the schools to reopen. He added that classes will not be held in shift as all the schools in the state have adequate infrastructure and classrooms to ensure the social distancing norms.

Unlock 4.0: Section 144 imposed in 11 districts of this stat
Amid rising coronavirus COVID-19 cases in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday (September 19) decided to impose Section 144 of the CrPC in 11 districts of the state. The Rajasthan government issued an official notification saying that Section 144 has been imposed in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Udaipur, Sikar, Pali and Nagaur districts. It is to be noted that Section 144 prohibits an assembly of more than five persons at a place.

West Bengal government on Friday announced that all Zoos across the state will reopen from October 2. The state government also issued a fresh notification saying that all amusement parks and gardens will be reopened for the general public from September 23. The state government notification said that visitors will have to make all bookings in this regard online.

Delhi records highest spike in COVID-19 cases in 67 days; death count 4,500

Social, academic, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious, political functions and other congregations will be permitted with a ceiling of 100 persons, with effect from September 21 2020.
