COVID-19: Prohibitory orders under Section 144 enforced in Pune tourist spots

The order was issued to avoid any untoward incident and to tame the spread of the virus. The tourist-picnic spots which come under this prohibitory orders include Bhushi dam, various points in Lonavala and Khandala, Sinhgad Fort, Panshet, Varasgaon dam among others, the officials said.

Pune: Hotels, restaurants and bars shut for 7 days from Saturday

Keeping in view the increasing cases of COVID-19, orders have been given to close hotels, restaurants and bars in Pune for 7 days starting from Saturday. Only home delivery will be allowed from restaurants and hotels.
