Charles Sobhraj, known as the 'Bikini Killer', to be released from Nepal jail

Notorious French serial killer Charles Sobharaj is serving a life term in a Kathmandu jail since 2003 for the murder of an American woman in 1975 in Nepal. In 2014, he was convicted of killing a Canadian backpacker and given a second life sentence.
