DNA: Pakistan on India's target amid Hamas war
In the UNSC meeting, the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken compared the attacks of Hamas with the Mumbai terrorist attack. Pakistan repeatedly talks about Kashmir on the international stage. Pakistan, forced by its habit, did the same once again. Pakistan mentioned Kashmir in the United Nations Security Council. Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the UN Munir Akram said that the condition of the people of Kashmir at present is similar to that of the Palestinians. In this meeting, India scolded Pakistan fiercely.

India says biggest sponsor of cross-border terrorism 'masquerading' as victim
India has slammed Pakistan exposing its litany of lies at the United Nations. India said that the biggest sponsor of cross-border terrorism against it now tries to 'masquerade" itself as a victim of terror. Calling out Pakistan's lie that it has been a target of cross-border terrorism for decades, India said 'a lie repeated a hundred times will not become truth.

Munir Akram takes charge as Pakistan's envoy to UN
Munir Akram, 74, replaces outgoing envoy Maleeha Lodhi, who had been serving the post since February 2015. Women`s Action Forum (WAF) at the Sindh High Court in Pakistan, had sought Akram`s removal from the post, calling his re-appointment as 'illegal and unlawful'.
