Abhinav Bindra writes to Sports Minister, gives suggestion to create helpline for all athletes

The letter, posted by him on his official Twitter page, came two days after his another Twitter post where he had highlighted the "Unacceptable" treatment by the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), towards para-swimmer Kanchanmala Pande.

As per reports, Pande was forced to borrow money from fellow swimmers after the money sanctioned for her did not reach her. Pande, who is completely blind, however, made the country proud by winning a silver medal in the S11 category. She thus qualified for the World Championship.
