Pakistan on Monday accepted the body of a trained agent and guide of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist group. It had infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir to attack an army post. The body of Tabarak Hussain (32) was handed over two days after he died of cardiac arrest at a military hospital in Rajouri district
A big meeting will be held on Jammu and Kashmir's situation under the chairmanship of Home Minister Amit Shah. This meeting will be held at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha is also present in this meeting, as well as many big officials including DGP Dilbag Singh are present in this meeting.
When Kashmiri Pandits were killed and they fled in 1990, Kashmiri Muslims allowed this to happen. But now they have a chance to correct their mistake, the big question is will they do it? There are two main reasons behind the targeted killing of Hindus and migrant laborers in Kashmir - the attempt to stop the demographic change and the growing nationalism and tourism in Kashmir.
In Kashmir, Hindu migrant laborers and people of other communities are being targeted. This year there have been more than 30 incidents of target killing in Kashmir in which 25 people have lost their lives and it is unfortunate that half of those people were Hindus. The terrorists killed these people only because they were Hindus and had come from other states to work in Kashmir.
Jammu & Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha said that terrorists and their cross-border supporters are using new method of terrorism. He said that there is a need to be more alert as compared to the past in view of the new strategy. He also termed the social media as a new challenge to the security establishment in Jammu and Kashmir.
Target killing of terrorists in Kashmir Valley is not stopping. Recently, terrorists entered the bank in Kulgam and killed Vijay Kumar. On this target killing, BJP President of Jammu-Kashmir, Ravindra Raina said that the terrorists were eliminated in the past and even now BJP will not allow conspiracies to run in Kashmir.
