New launches in Pune surge 48.5%, inventory comes down to a 7-year low in 2021
With 61,151 new homes introduced to the market in the last six months, 2021 saw a 48.5 percent increase in new residential unit launches compared to the same period in 2020. The fresh supply increased by 61% in the six months ended December 2021. On the other hand, the available inventory was reduced by 2% to 71,778 units in 2019 compared to 2020.
