Bihar CM Nitish Kumar conducts inspection in areas around river Ganga

The Bihar Chief Minister inspected the increased water levels of the river Ganga at Digha Ghat, Bhadra Ghat, Kangan Ghat, Gandhi Ghat, J P Setu, Sonpur, Hajipur and Mahatma Gandhi Bridge. The Chief Minister also conducted a meeting earlier, on Tuesday, regarding the rising water level in river Ganga and information regarding the water level was apprised in the meeting.

Nalanda flooded, 6 rivers including Ganga flowing above dangerous red marks in Bihar

The Falgu river on Sunday inundated a vast area in Nalanda district affecting 10,000 people, while the water level in the Ganga and five other rivers has crossed the danger mark at different places in Bihar.
