Tamil Nadu custodial death: 4 more cops arrested, total 6 held so far

Tamil Nadu Police have arrested four more cops in connection with the custodial death of Vignesh. As per the post-mortem report, Vignesh had injuries on his head. Vignesh, a habitual offender, was taken into custody by the Secretariat Police in Chennai on April 18.
