'Spatial disorientation' of pilot led to crash that killed Gen Bipin Rawat
The tri-services court of inquiry has submitted its preliminary findings into chopper crash that killed CDS Gen Bipin Rawat. It said the crash was due to the 'spatial disorientation' of the pilot. 'The accident was a result of entry into clouds due to unexpected change in weather conditions in the valley,' the probe report said.
