New e-commerce rules entities notified; country of origin tag made mandatory

E-tailers have to display total price of goods and services with break-up of charges. Expiry date and country of origin of goods offered have to be mentioned. E-tailers not allowed to manipulate the price to gain unreasonable profit and discriminate between consumers of the same class.
