Garena Free Fire, Chinese apps ban row: Here’s what China said on crackdown
Chinese Commerce Ministry’s spokesperson Gao Feng said that the ban damages the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies. He expressed hope that India would be able to take appropriate measures to maintain the positive dynamics of economic cooperation. The Indian government banned 54 more Chinese apps as they posed a "threat" to India’s security.

Pakistan bans Chinese app TikTok after complaints over immoral content
Pakistan on Friday imposed a ban on the highly popular video-sharing Chinese app TikTok. The step was taken after it received a "number of complaints from different segments of the society", as reported by Pakistani media Dawn. The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) issued instructions to impose a ban, said Dawn.
