Tripura board exams 2021: 99% of classes 10, 12 students declared passed

Two weeks ago, 80.62 per cent of candidates were declared passed in the Madhyamik (class 10) examination, while the higher secondary result had a pass rate of 95.20 per cent.

Assam cancels Class 10, 12 state board exams, results by July 31

"The matric and higher secondary examinations for 2021 have been cancelled as the positivity rate due to the prevailing COVID situation," Assam minister said. Two committees will be formed for deciding the formula on which students will be evaluated. CM Himanta Biswa Sarma had said that Class 10 and 12 state board examinations will be held only if COVID-19 positivity rate drops below two per cent.

CBSE announced that an IT system is being developed by the board to assist schools in the preparation of Class 12 results. "This system will also pre-populate marks of Class X of the students passed from CBSE. Efforts will also be made to take other Boards` class X results data," an official statement said.
