Ballia key accused Dhirendra Singh was held from Lucknow. He will be charged under NSA and Gangster Act, UP Police had said on Saturday. Singh had allegedly shot dead Jai Prakash (46) on Oct 15 during a fracas in Ballia's Durjanpur village.
