'Amazon Obhijaan' to release in 9 UK theatres

'Amazon Obhijaan' is the sequel to the 2013 film 'Chander Pahar' (Mountain of the Moon). While 'Chander Pahar' was based on the children's adventure classic by writer Bibhutibhusan Bandyopadhyay, the story and scripting of the sequel is the brainchild of the doctor turned director Mukherjee.

'Amazon Obhijaan' to release in six languages

Directed by Kamaleswar Mukherjee, the film is based on popular Bengali writer Bibhutibhusan Bandyopadhyay's classic adventure fiction. 'Amazon Obhijaan' is a sequel to Bengali blockbuster 'Chander Pahar'. In 'Amazon Obhijaan', Shankar goes to the dense rainforests of South America and encounters hurdles in the wildnerness.
