Roger Federer: Sachin Tendulkar is the Indian sport person I admire most

New Delhi: Tennis legend Roger Federer on Sunday spoke in glowing terms about iconic cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.

According to a report in the Times of India, the Swiss maestro stated that Tendulkar was the Indian sports person he most admired.

Fedex even picks Tendulkar as his batsman whenever he plays cricket on video game.

“Sachin Tendulkar is the Indian sport person I admire the most. I met him when he visited Wimbledon. He was a lot of fun to talk to – and he is a legend. Whenever I play cricket video games, I always pick Sachin as my batsman,” Federer said.

It is no secret that Tendulkar is a massive fan of the tennis great. The master blaster has often been spotted in the Royal Box at Wimbledon during Federer's matches.  

The two had even met few years back at SW19.
