New Delhi: The biggest attraction of Monday Night RAW's second show was of course the return of Brock Lesnar.

He made his first WWE appearance since WrestleMania 32 back in April.

Did it go as per plan for Paul Heyman and him?

Here's what happened on the August 1 show...

Second episode in WWE RAW's new era was opened by Sasha Banks. Her address was interrupted by Charlotte and the duo indulged in some trash talk. Chris Jericho made his way to the ring to side by Charlotte. In response, Enzo Amore came out to support Sasha. The heated arguments compelled General Manager Mick Foley to announce a mixed tag match immediately.

Braun Strowman did not break a sweat as he beat local jobber in no time.

Shining Stars won against The Golden Truth after R. Truth lost focus by playing Pokemon Go.

Finn Balor made his way to the ring and informed Michael Cole that he would make a major impact on Raw. He was cut short by Seth Rollins and the duo got involved in some trash talk.

Rusev defeated Mark Henry by submission to retain the WWE United States Championship. Earlier in the show, Henry had convinced Stephanie McMahon and Foley, to set up a match for him on the show.

After Rusev’s win, Roman Reigns made his way to the ring and beat up the former, who was forced to run backstage.

Titus O’Neil won against Darren Young.

Nia Jax beat a local jobber.

Big E and Kofi Kingston defeated Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Cesaro beat Sheamus.

Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal arrived despite not being on Raw roster. Foley informed that there will be a match to find out who among them will join Raw roster. Wasting no time, Mahal betrayed his partner and joined Raw.

Seth Rollins beat Sami Zayn.

Brock Lesnar made his much-awaited return to Raw. As Paul Heyman was sending out a message to fans and the Raw roster, Randy Orton came from nowhere to deliver an RKO to Lesnar. Randy was quick to exit the ring after security was rushed in by Stephanie and Foley, both of whom were very angry and frustrated.
