Sanju Samson's wife Charulatha belongs to Kerala, just like her cricketer husband. She hails from Thiruvananthapuram. Charulatha did her schooling from the same city. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mar Ivanios College.

Not many know that Sanju Samson met and Charulatha at the Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram where they studied together. To start this love story, he had sent a friendship request over Facbook to her which was of course accepted and there began a cute love story.

Sanju Samson and Charulathan were in a relationship for five years before they decided to get married and spend the life together. They were wedded on December 22, 2018 in a low-key ceremony in Kovalam, attended by close family and friends. 

Sanju is a christian while Charulathan is a Hindu Nair and hence their marriage has been solemnised under the Special Marriage Act. 

Unlike other WAGs, Charulatha keeps a low profile and does not try to gain attention from her husbans's success. She is on Instagram where she keeps posting pictures from her holidays and special occasions.
