Sandeep Singh, Haryana’s Minister of State for Sports, who has been in the eye of a storm ever since a woman coach accused him of sexual harassment Thursday, is a former captain of the Indian National Hockey team.

 

Former India leg-spinner Amit Mishra was arrested in Bengaluru on charges of sexual harassment, criminal intimidation, and many other offences. He was accused of abusing and assaulting her in his hotel room.

 

Brazilian model Najila Trindade went to Sao Paulo police to accuse Neymar of raping her at a Paris hotel in May. No complaint was filed with French police. The Associated Press doesn't name alleged sexual assault victims unless they make their identities public, which Trindade did in several interviews.

The former coach of French tennis player Fiona Ferro has been charged with raping and sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager, judicial sources confirmed on Wednesday. Ferro, 25, has accused 50-year-old Pierre Bouteyre of rape and sexual assault between 2012 to 2015, her lawyer Isabelle Colombani told AFP.
