Pradeep Kumar Saini shared his inspiring career journey on social media to motivate others. In his post, he revealed that he couldn’t get into top institutes like IIT or NIT and graduated from a Tier-2 college instead.

He shared how he began his career with a low-paying job, experienced three months of unemployment during the pandemic, and eventually achieved a role where he now earns over Rs 50 LPA.

Pradeep Kumar Saini shared his story on Instagram and LinkedIn, titled “My Journey So Far!” In his post, he highlighted how he continuously evolved over the years to stay relevant with changing times and technologies.

Saini began his journey as a content creator in 2024. He manages a YouTube channel where he shares tutorials on coding, system design, interview preparation, and career guidance for aspiring software engineers.
