Arjun Kapoor pens heart-warming note for Janhvi Kapoor, says 'You shall always have my support'

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor penned a heartfelt birthday note for her sister and actor Janhvi Kapoor on Saturday. As the 'Dhadak' girl of Bollywood, actor Janhvi Kapoor ringed in her 24th birthday on Saturday, she received a plethora of warm wishes from her fans and the film industry on the occasion. But, it is her half brother Arjun Kapoor's wish which grabbed everybody's attention and is winning hearts.

The 'Panipat' star shared a delightful picture of himself with the birthday girl where he can be seen walking with Janhvi while holding her hand. The snap is a throwback picture from 'Koffee with Karan' season 6 episode, when the brother-sister duo appeared for the first time together on a TV show.

Alongside the picture, Arjun wrote, "Happy birthday @janhvikapoor !!! I can`t promise much except like this picture you shall always have my support & hand wherever you go & whichever path you seek.."To which, Janhvi replied, "Love you," using a heart emoticon. Janhvi responded to his post dropping a heart emoji.

Arjun's sister Anshula Kapoor too shared an adorable message for Janhvi, greeting her on her birthday. "May you realize every dream you dream, may you unleash your magic in all its glory without holding anything back, May you always be surrounded by laughter, yummy food, palkova, hugs and happiness.. I hope you always feel a force field around yourself that lets you know that you are loved, you are safe, and you’re not alone. I love you with all my heart," she wrote.  

Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor are daughters of late legendary film actor Sridevi, the second wife of film producer Boney Kapoor, whereas Arjun Kapoor and Anshula are children of Mona Shourie Kapoor, the first wife of Boney Kapoor. Both Janhvi and Arjun share a great brother-sister bond together and often spotted spending family time with each other. In fact, Arjun and Anshula became a big source of support and stood as pillars for Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor after her mother Sridevi's death in 2018. Arjun is known to be very protective for her sisters, and has often admitted the same on various public platforms.

Earlier, in the day Bollywood stars including Alia Bhatt, Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, and many others wished the birthday girl on her special day.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will next be seen in 'Roohi', which is set to hit the big screens on March 11 this year. It also stars Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma in the lead roles.The upcoming horror-comedy is based on the lines of the 2018 hit film 'Stree', which featured Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles.

On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor, who was last seen in Ashutosh Gowarikar's period drama 'Panipat', has 'Sardar Ka Grandson', 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar', co-starring Parineeti Chopra, and 'Bhoot Police', co-starring Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Yami Gautam, and Javed Jaffrey, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Ali Fazal in the pipeline.
