Indigestion, also known as dyspepsia, occurs when the digestive juices in the stomach are not secreted properly and as a result causes discomfort.  

Here are a few home remedies to help ease indigestion:

-Munching a teaspoon of ajwain seeds along with a pinch of black salt after your meal will provide relief.

-Raita prepared with curd and added with ingredients like grated cucumber and coriander will surely aid in digestion and help eliminate acidity.

-Consume just the right amount of ginger about half an hour before each meal and feel the difference.

-Drinking green tea or herbal tea also aids in digestion.

-Sometimes sipping a cup of hot water also eases indigestion.
