Mathura: Man commits suicide in front of chit fund company

Mathura: A man today allegedly committed suicide in front of a chit fund company, which did not give him the benefits of his investment nor returned his money, police said.

Abhay Singh, resident of Rewari in Haryana, committed suicide in front of the office of the chit fund company, police said, adding that an FIR has been registered against the CMD of the firm J K S Rana.

On hearing about the suicide, dozens of aggrieved investors gathered in front of the company and raised slogans demanding the arrest of the CMD. They alleged that the company had collected millions from people but had not given any returns to any investor.
