Ahmednagar Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 48 Lok Sabha constituencies of Maharashtra. It was formed prior to the 1962 elections. 

Ahmednagar registered 64.26 percent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 1.48 percent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1854248 while the total voter turnout is 1191601. While in 2014, the constituency registered 62.78 per cent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1689822 while the total voter's turnout was 1060884.
