Boult strikes in the 48th over and that too Shaun Marsh who was on 49. Marsh came forward and tried to poke the ball away but only managed to edge the ball to slips. Siddle comes in and flicks the ball which was in the air and just out of reach of the midwicket fielder. Guptill races to prevent the boundary but it gets his knee and goes past the ropes. Nevill then gets a brace from Southee's over. He needs to carry them home. Next over Boult bowls and it is a full swinging delivery, Nevill manages to get inside edge and nick the ball to keeper. Siddle manages to hold on to Southee's over but he pushes the ball to cover region and gets a two. Winning runs!

Australia 2nd Inns: Overs 14 | Score 113/3 (Voges 27*, Marsh 24*)

New Zealand started well with Boult and Bracewell but Southee and Craig have been poor. Southee has drifted in line and length and both Voges and Marsh has build up on that. Craig meanwhile was as poor as the first innings. Marsh came forward and sliced a four off a Craig half volley. McCullum will need Boult and Bracewell to deliver for them after supper. They fave very little chances left though. Marsh has held his nerve and will want to stay not out until Australia's victory.

Australia 2nd Inns: Overs 24 | Score 100/3 (Voges 20*, Marsh 18*)

Shaun Marsh and Adam Voges are showing their experience in the middle. The duo are in desperate search of runs and have stitched a 30-run-partnership. Southee has bowled well in bits and got Voges squared up with a beautiful length ball. He has also had some close LBW shouts. Voges earlier had managed to hit two fours in Southee's over through point and cover region. The Aussies have got to 100 and are marching in the moment. Kiwis need quick wickets.

Australia 2nd Inns: Overs 14 | Score 67/3 (Voges 4*, Marsh 1*)

Australia got off to a flier largely due to David Warner despite the early wicket of Burns who slammed two fours in his 11-run knock. Steve Smith has been in the other end and was dropped just earlier by Santner off Bracewell. Finally NZ get the wicket they wanted. Bracewell bowls a short-length ball and Warner fends a catch to second slip as Southee makes no mistake. Voges comes in and he is lucky to get a four past slips and gully. Next over Boult bowls a lovely ball as it his Smith who is plumbed LBW. He refers the decision but it stays against him. Boult has been fantastic just like Hazlewood has been for Australia. Marsh has a close appeal for LBW in his first ball.

New Zealand 2nd Inns: Overs 62.5 | Score 208/10

New Zealand finish their innings at 208 all out. Hazlewood was the pick of bowlers finishing with six wickets. Santner and Bracewell contributed to new Zealand's push for 200 runs but couldn't get the lead past the same figure. Santner who made 45 runs played a rash shot to throw his wicket away. In the end Bracewell ran out of partners as Southee and Boult didn't manage to last long.

New Zealand 2nd Inns: Overs 49 | Score 159/7 (Santner 33*, Bracewell 8*)

After Lyon's quiet over, Hazlewood sees Santner cut through point and get three runs. Craig then gets an edge but it flies past gully for four. Siddle focuses more on length and bowls a maiden over. Next over sees Hazlewood get Craig. Again the same kind of wicket after he pitches the ball fuller and it seams a bit only for Craig to edge. Santner then drives through point and gets three off Siddle's over. Bracewell then hits a six and the ball sails over deep square leg. Santner is batting well and hits to backward point for four. He then gets another through midwicket. Hazlewood has that odd over that costs him eight runs.

New Zealand 2nd Inns: Overs 43 | Score 131/6 (Santner 18*, Craig 10*)

Siddle starts off with the day's proceedings. He bowls well outside the middle and off-stump and gets a maiden. New Zealand start the day on a poor note as Hazlewood bowls full with the ball seaming late and Watling edges to second slip. Craig comes in and he hits a four off the last ball of the over. Lyon is introduced and he bowls a tight over conceding just two runs. Next over sees Craig punch down Hazlewood for three. Santner then chips the ball through wide long on and gets a four off Lyon. Hazlewood then bowls a very good over. He is their man and has taken the role of the master in Starc's absence.
