Kamal Haasan gears up for Bollywood comeback after 10 years

New Delhi: Kamal Haasan, who has been missing in action as far as Hindi film industry goes, is reportedly making a comeback with 'Amar Hain' in which he will direct as well as act. 

Haasan was quoted by a leading daily saying that the film has been on the back burner for the last six years. He also said that Saif Ali Khan was his only choice for a parallel role in the film back then and even now he wants to cast him in the said role. 

Speculations are that the movie is going to have an ensemble cast. 

The filmmaker-actor has been in the eye of the storm because of the controversies pertaining to the subjects of his films. But Haasan has given Bollywood some unforgettable movies like 'Chachi 420', 'Hey Ram' etc.
