Bigg Boss 10 – Day 2: First task creates massive rift between celebrities and India wale

Mumbai: Bigg Boss has very tactfully planned the task to create a wide rift between the celebrities and the India wales to see how much of a unity the team members within each teams show when pitted against the opponent.

Manveer, Priyanka, Naveen and Manu, who are now Maaliks of the house team up against the celebrities (sevaks) to criticize the food that is being served to them.

Priyanka and Bani argue over the rules of the first task. Priyanka cries after complaining to Gaurav Chopra about Bani’s behavior. Lopamudra tries to pacify Priyanka while the rest of the Maaliks intend to jail Bani.  

Lokesh communicates Om Swami’s message to Bigg Boss through the camera in her own unique accent.

Later in the day, the celebrities poke fun at Priyanka’s surname.

In the evening, Salman addresses the inmates through TV to inform them about the first luxury task.

Gaurav is asked to read a letter addressed to the inmates.

Each of the India wales were asked to write a secret about them on a piece of paper before entering the house. The luxury budget task would require the celebrities to guess which secret belongs to whom.

Among the India wale, Priyanka and Manu are the loudest, Om Swami- the most annoying inmate inside the house who ends up irking people, Navin and Manveer the observers while Lokesh and Nitibha - the quietest. Akanksha is balanced.

On being asked by Gaurav, Akanksha speaks about her marriage.

She said that she was dating someone else before getting married to Zorawar. Her mother and Zorawar’s mother were friends. Zorawar’s mother was interested in having Akanksha as her daughter-in-law. Eventually, post her breakup with her former boyfriend, her marriage to Zorawar was arranged.

She revealed that she wasn’t compatible with Zorawar.

Om Swami warns Gaurav to keep away from Akanksha. He engages in character assassination of Akanksha by indirectly holding her responsible for her failed marriage. He also tells Gaurav that he can bring his army to keep such unwanted people at bay. After courteously listening to Om Swami, Gaurav responds to him by telling that Akanksha has no intentions of impressing him and not to speak such things against anyone.
