Pratyusha Banerjee suicide: We will approach High Court to seek justice, says boyfriend Rahul Raj's brother

New Delhi: Mystery is only deepening with time in the Pratyusha Banerjee suicide case. Now, boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh's brother has told ANI that they will approach the High Court in this matter.

“Rahul is innocent. We will approach the High Court now and we are confident that we will get justice there,” he was quoted as saying.

Earlier, Rahul applied for anticipatory bail in Dindoshi Court of Mumbai. His plea was rejected by the court on Thursday. A case of abetment of his girlfriend's suicide has been charged against him.

Another dramatic turn of events took place on Wednesday when Rahul's lawyer Neeraj Gupta backed off the case saying he was 'kept in the dark' about the details pertaining to the case.
