Kamal Haasan fans not celebrating his 62th birthday!

New Delhi: Superstar Kamal Haasan, who is known to be one of the biggest actors of south India turned 62 today. But, do you wonder why his fans are not celebrating this special day? Well, let us enlighten you.

The 'Vishwaroopam' hunk has reportedly asked his followers to maintain distance from revelry keeping in mind the health of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. 

Yes, you read that right. Kamal apparently understands the sentiments of the state and, hence, this decision has been implemented.

However, on Friday, Apollo Hospitals announced that Jayalalithaa has recovered fully after 43 days in hospital. "She is very satisfied. She is completely recovered and understands what is going around her," Pratap C. Reddy, Chairman of Apollo Hospitals Group, told reporters.

He added that it was up to Jayalalithaa to decide when to return home. "The most important part of the treatment is over."

The 68-year-old AIADMK leader was admitted to Apollo Hospitals with fever and dehydration on September 22.
