New Delhi: Pakistan batsman Ahmed Shehzad was supposed to be earning kudos, but end up getting trolled by fellow countrymen and former cricketers.

The 25-year-old was rushed to hospital after colliding with Chadwick Walton during the second innings of the West Indies-Pakistan 2nd T20I in Trinidad.

Shehzad was was taken off the field in an ambulance in a neck brace with fears of concussion.

But he returned to rejoin the game before the end of the West Indian innings. It's reported that he was given the all-clear by doctors.

Then he became a subject ridicule in Pakistan, with many sarcastically hailing the acting. And leading the chorus was former Pakistan cricketer Faisal Iqbal.

In another tweet, Iqbal claimed that Shoaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram and Saqlain Mushtaq were all laughing seeing Shehzad acting.

Pakistan won the match by three runs.
