India's batting coach Hrishikesh Kanitkar, on Saturaday, confirmed that vice-captain Smriti Mandhana has been ruled out of the opening clash of the T20 World Cup against arch-rivals Pakistan due to an injury but he was confident that she would be back in XI from second game onwards.
