Kutcher to play Steve Jobs

Los Angeles: Actor Ashton Kutcher will star as Steve Jobs in the movie ‘Jobs’. The independent movie is being produced and financed by Five Star Institute`s Mark Hulme. Director Joshua Michael Stern is set to begin the movie in May, while Kutcher is on break from CBS sitcom `Two and a Half Men`, reports a website. The film will chronicle Jobs` meteoric rise from a northern California hippie to the co-founder of Apple. Sony snapped up the film rights from writer Walter Isaacson`s authorized biography of Jobs that was published within weeks of his death Oct 5 last year. IANS
