Priyanka Chopra: ‘Agneepath’, Agnipariksha and Marathi!

Of late, she has constantly been in the limelight for all kinds of reasons, but her role as ‘Kaali’ in ‘Agneepath’ has won the hearts of viewers. The actor has previously been linked with Shah Rukh Khan after news of an alleged affair with her ‘Don’ co-star surfaced to the fore. After being at the receiving end of a lot of controversy, curiosity, and caustic remarks, Priyanka Chopra has managed to garner a lot of applauds for her impeccable performance as a Marathi mulgi in ‘Kaminey’ earlier and ‘Agneepath’ now. Priyanka Chopra is to begin her Marathi lessons after she is done with sync-dubbing for her movie ‘Barfi’, in which she would be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Thereafter, she has the task of shooting and dubbing for ‘Krrish 3’. Only then can the busy actor devote herself to perfecting her Marathi. After wading her way through an agnipariksha of sorts, the actress has emerged victorious in winning the praises of her fans and critics alike with ‘Agneepath’. Shah Rukh Khan, no doubt, is happy with Priyanka’s success. Whether the happiness is solely from the point of view of a good friend or something else, however, is what still remains shrouded in mystery.
