London: Former `Abba` member, Bjorn Ulvaeus, has confirmed that there won`t be a reunion for the famous band of the 1970`s.
The 68-year-old, who inaugurated a new ` ABBA museum` in Sweden on Monday, said that it is the only place where fans would see the pop group back together and that is the closest they will ever get, the Daily Express reported.
The popular band has always refused a reunion, despite the constant calls and a phenomenal career.
The musician, who is married to band mate Agnetha Faltskog, said that he is very proud of the exhibition and wants the visitor to get closer to them than ever before.
Ulvaeus asserted that his band mates have never reunited since the group`s split in 1982.
He promised to his fans that it would be an "interesting" visit to learn about their incredible story and hoped that even the band`s haters, who had branded them "cheesy bubblegum pop", would visit.
"We were four people who met. Benny and I met arostic singers but beautiful. One blonde. One redhead. What are the chances? And our music is still played today," he added.
The Swedish museum is kitted out with high-tech wizardry and guests can sing on stage with holograms of the group as well as dress in their iconic costumes.
All `Abba` members, including Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Faltskog have provided commentary on the audio-guides at the museum.
