Now, Tannishtha eyes desi films

New Delhi: After working in international projects like `Brick Lane` and `Shadows of Time`, actress Tannishtha Chatterjee is now focusing on Indian films. She will be seen in `I Love NY`, in which she will romance Sunny Deol. Directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, "I Love NY" is a romantic comedy that also stars Kangana Ranaut and Navin Chowdhry. The movie has been shot in New York and Chicago, said a statement. Tannishtha will be seen dating Sunny Deol in the movie, while Kangana and Navin are paired with each other. Other than this, Tannishtha has also shot for two cop-gangster stories, "BMW" (Bombay`s Most Wanted) and "Monsoon Shootout". In "Bombay`s Most Wanted," the actress plays a bar singer and is paired with Javed Jaafferi and Vijay Raaz. In "Monsoon Shootout", which is being co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, the actress plays a gangster`s wife. As far as international project goes, she wrapped up shooting for Joe Wright`s "Anna Karenina" in the northwestern Russian town of Petrozavodsk. IANS
