Courtney Love`s former assistant files lawsuit against her

Los Angeles: A former assistant of Courtney Love is suing the rocker claiming that she asked her to break the law by hiring a computer hacker and counterfeiting legal documents. The ex-assistant Jessica LaBrie filed the lawsuit in LA County Superior Court, claiming the 48-year-old singer intentionally withheld her salary because LaBrie refused to "commit fraudulent, unlawful, and unethical acts." LaBrie doesn`t specify why Love wanted a hacker or what kind of legal documents she asked her to forge, reported TMZ Online. She said she worked for Love from June 2010 to July 2011 -- often working in excess of 60 hours a week -- but Love only paid her a fraction of her salary. Love`s representative said he couldn`t comment on the suit because he hasn`t seen it yet. PTI
