Former Scientologist warns Holmes about ‘intimidation tactics’

Melbourne: Katie Holmes has been warned to watch her back during the bitter divorce proceedings with Tom Cruise, as Scientologists are “experts at twisting the truth”. The warning has come from former Church member Jenna Miscavige Hill, the niece of Scientology leader David Miscavige. Miscavige is the controversial figure dubbed as the third person in Holmes-Cruise marriage. He was Mission Impossible star’s best man at their 2006 wedding. Mascavige Hill warned the Dawson’s Creek star, 33, of “intimidation tactics” as Holmes gears up for a battle from New York, where she hopes to gain sole custody of the glamour couple’s daughter Suri. The 28-year-old, who left the church in 2005 citing a “lousy education and mental anguish”, in response to the reports that alleged Tom was planning to send 6-year-old daughter to sea org. said the organisation was “no place for an innocent child”.
