Director Kabir Khan says Katrina Kaif is Bollywood’s fourth Khan! Really?

Zeenews Bureau New Delhi: The man who directed ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ - Kabir Khan, has made a statement in an interview to a popular film magazine which clearly spells that he has gone overboard in praising Katrina Kaif, who was the leading lady of his film. In conversation to the magazine about Katrina, Kabir said, "Katrina is one of my closest friends. I`m very fond of her. Some like her and some believe she`s not a good actor. The way she works is unbelievable. I`ve never seen anyone in this industry work so hard. It`s an endearing quality." Praising her commitment in the action sequences, he said, "Not many actresses would`ve been able to do the kind of action she pulled off in ETT." But Kabir’s praises for Kat did not end there. He even exaggerated to the point of saying this: "She`s the fourth Khan of this industry. She`s unbelievably popular. Every single hero she works with has had the biggest opening with her." We understand that Kabir and Katrina share a warm camaraderie but Kabir has clearly turned blind to the current crop of B-Town’s achievers like Vidya Balan, Priyanka Chopra, Mahie Gill etcetera. By the way, did Kabir know that it is indeed Vidya who has been accepted as Bollywood’s fourth Khan? Perhaps, Kabir is in a dire need be updated on what is happening in the industry, no?
