Open Chrome Browser and navigate to your Gmail account by typing "mail.google.com" in the address bar and pressing Enter.
Once your Gmail account loads, look for the Settings icon, represented by a cogwheel or three horizontal lines located at the top right corner of the page, and click on it.
From the dropdown menu, select "See all settings" to access the full settings menu.
Within the Settings page, locate and click on the "Offline" tab or option.
On the Offline settings page, you'll find an option labeled "Enable offline mail." Click on it to activate offline access to your Gmail account.
After enabling offline mail, Gmail might prompt additional settings. Review and customize them based on your preferences for offline access optimization.
Click "Save Changes" to activate offline access. Gmail is configured for offline use, enabling email access without an internet connection.
