Make a dosa batter first, and then cook mutton keema in a pressure cooker with a variety of spices.
In a bowl, break the eggs, add the seasonings, and beat them thoroughly.
Next, preheat the oil in a dosa pan, spread the batter in a circular pattern, then pour in the egg mixture and drizzle with oil.
Add coriander leaves and mutton keema on top. Cook the dosa till the bottom is crispy.
