Ways To Make Mutton Keema Dosa

Three layers make up the popular street dish mutton dosa: plain dosa on the bottom, egg omelette on top, and minced meat on top. Try this recipe for tasty dosas.

Ingredients

1/2 cup tomatoes, 1 cup minced mutton, 1 cup onion, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp green chilli, 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, The herb turmeric

Step 1

Make a dosa batter first, and then cook mutton keema in a pressure cooker with a variety of spices.

Step 2

In a bowl, break the eggs, add the seasonings, and beat them thoroughly.

Step 3

Next, preheat the oil in a dosa pan, spread the batter in a circular pattern, then pour in the egg mixture and drizzle with oil.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves and mutton keema on top. Cook the dosa till the bottom is crispy.

Step 5

Cook for a further two to three minutes after flipping. Serve as well as Have fun!
