Ingredients

Spinach, broccoli, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cheese and the pasta of your choice

Cook the Greens

Boil spinach and broccoli, then transfer it to ice water to retain color and nutrients.

Blend the Base

Blend spinach, broccoli, garlic, and lemon juice into a creamy, vibrant green sauce.

Prepare the sauce

Cook the sauce in olive oil and season it with salt, pepper, and chili flakes for a mild spice.

Cook Pasta

Boil pasta and then drain, reserving a cup of pasta water for later.

Toss Together

Mix the cooked pasta into the green sauce, using reserved pasta water for desired consistency. Toss well to coat evenly.

Garnish and Serve
