Paneer, Kidney Beans, Olive Oil, Tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Lime, Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream, Salt & Pepper, Chili Powder, Garlic & Garlic Powder, Cumin Powder, Cooked Rice and Coriander
First step is to chop all the vegetables and cut the paneer into cubes and along with that boil the kidney beans.
In a bowl, add your paneer cubes and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder and chilli powder and marinate the cubes properly.
Now take the pan and add the olive oil in it and cook the paneer until it's golden and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan add the minced garlic and chopped onions and now add the boiled kidney beans, add the spices and cook it for a few minutes.
Add the capsicum and tomato paste in the pan and cook it on a low flame for a few minutes and then add the chopped coriander and lime juice in it.
Now take a bowl and start assembling, first add cooked rice along with kidney beans filling and top it up with paneer made earlier and greek yogurt.
Now your delicious Paneer Burrito Bowl is ready, garnish it with chopped coriander.
