Bajra Flour, Yogurt, red chilli powder, hing, baking soda, salt, finely chopped green chillies, ginger, methi and coriander leaves.
In a bowl, mix bajra flour, hing, baking soda, red chili powder and salt
Add yogurt, green chilies, ginger, methi, and coriander leaves to the mixture and combine well
Gradually add water to the mixture. Stir well to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
Cook the chilla on medium heat until the edges turn crispy. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve it hot with mint chutney for a perfect healthy and satisfying breakfast!
