Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Carrot, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil or Butter, Coriander, Vegetable Stock Cube, Cream or Milk (optional)
First step is to wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces and mince the garlic.
Now take the pan and add some oil or butter in it and sauté the garlic and ginger and then add chopped onions and let them cook until fragrant.
Next step is to add the chopped carrots in the pan and let it cook until it’s soft.
Now add the water in the pan along with the vegetable stock cube and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Take the blender and blend all the soup until it's smooth and after blending pour back the soup in the same pan.
Now add the seasonings according to your taste and you can also add milk or fresh cream for creamy texture.
Your warm and delicious soup is now ready. Serve and enjoy!
