Quick and Crispy Besan Oats Chilla Recipe

Ingredients

Gram flour (besan), rolled oats, spices, Chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, tomatoes, coriander, and a pinch of salt

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, oats, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter.

Step 3

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander to the batter. Stir to mix evenly.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a big spoonful of batter and spread it thin.

Step 5

Cook on medium flame until the edges turn golden. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.

Step 6

Serve hot with green chutney. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or even a quick snack!
